Skin Conditions
I need some help. What have you found to really be the best facial cleanser out there? I am in my early 30’s and I am finding that I can not get rid of the acne I get on my cheeks and chin. I feel like I have tried everything. I have done egg whites, Murad, Proactive, Zap It, Acne Free, Neutrogena. I am lost. I do not know what else to do with out going to a dermatologists which I can not afford. Any honest help would be greatly appreciated.
Chosen Answer:
WOW!! u can afford to get ProActiv and MANY OTHERs which do NOT work for u but not a visit to the dermatologist???
have u ever thought tt if u had gone to the dermatologist in the first place, u’d have saved lots of $$ on these stupid otc products tt do not work for u????
personally, i find tt visiting a dermatologist is the best thing you could do for ur skin.
hav u ever thought that ur acne is hormonal.? and if it IS so, sadly, no one external/topical product would work for u.
in addition, u r already in ur 30s and still having this problem. arent u feeling embarrassed when u go out and meet some friends or relatives who seem to have ‘perfect’ skin??? (no offence, really. just sth for u to ponder.)
well, i’m in my 20s and my skin problem started when i was 18.
like u, i used to try otc anti-acne products which did not work for me. over the time, my skin only got worse with more pimples and scars. i finally had enough of this and i decided to visit a dermatologist who prescribed me with antibiotics and gel which immediately work for me!! for the past 2 yrs, my skin is in its best condition and am no longer avoiding frens and relatives!!=)
i found my confidence back!!=)
hope this makes sense to u. (no offence, really.

One of the big problems is that the earthquake has made it very difficult to get help to the areas that need it most, Okan said. “Roads are blocked, airport runways are damaged.” So.
A dermatologist can help you: Control your acne Avoid scarring or other damage to your skin Make scars less noticeable Acne medications work by reducing oil production and swelling or by treating bacterial infection.
