My 15 year old brother has developed three dime size pimples on his nose that frighteningly look like blisters, one is so bad it looks like it sort of burst. He does not mess with them at all!! They are very frightening, and I’m afraid they may end up disfiguring his face. They’ve been around for a couple of weeks and don’t look like they’ll be leaving without an intervention. He uses maximum strengh clarasil wipes right now on his entire face, but there is absolutely no effect on his nose. What product can you all suggest that will take care of these horrible zits? (and please, it’s not a result of sunburn,we are not having a sunny season where we live)

there is something at walmart it comes in a pack with the cleanser toner and repair lotion and its called Acne . something i can’t remeber i think acne free maybe?? but its like 20 dollars for the set. My sister got it and she has terrible acne on her chin and using it everyday there was HUGE results in close to a week and a half. i would really recommend this!!! i wish i could remeber exactly the name but i think acne free. its orange and white.
