My Pimple Turned Into A Big Scab!?

I had a pimple on my nose, and since NOTHING I used made it smaller, I decided to pop it (I know, I know. Please don’t give me the no popping lecture). It turned into a scab about twice as big as the pimple, it’s like 1cm long and really dark. It just looks really bad. And even with concealer you can still see it underneath. At the moment, I have tea tree oil, witch hazel toner, cocoa butter,
Clearasil 4 hour, and a Murad concealer/acne treatment. Which one will give me best results by tomorrow? I start school tomorrow and I know it will take time to heal but I have no idea which treatment I should use on an acne scab. Please help!

Try drying out the scab by applying rubbing alcohol. Keep your face clean, and don’t eat anything greasy. Reapply alcohol every several hours. It should dry up and fall off in a few days.
